KC Gymnastics has a long tradition of teaching technical gymnastics. Owners and Directors have succeeded as athletes and coaches at National and Collegiate Levels in gymnastics. KC Gym operates as a Club atmosphere that nurtures and grows the athlete in all areas. Effective communication with parents, coaches, and athletes creates a successful environment. KC Gym allows the coaches to be the professionals and encouages the parents to love and support their kids. Education, hard work, and time are winning factors.

KC LEAGUE

KC League is a competitive gymnastics program that gives the gymnastics student an introduction to competitive gymnastics in a non-sanctioned environment.  Xcel Bronze & Silver are available. Workouts are limited and all competitions are local.

USAG Xcel

Xcel gymnastics is a competitive program within USA Gymnastics.  Silver, Gold , and Platinum levels offered

DEVELOPMENTAL (DP) 

Level 6 & up are offered at KC Gym. Upper levels travel to National Invitationals when necessary. Lower levels stay within the state and region.
